  Includes services as an administrator, conservator, executor, fiduciary, guardian, trustee, title insurance agent, notary public, arbitrator or mediator, or member, director or officer of any bar association.
• Broad Definition of Insured
  Named Insured, predecessor firms, lawyers for the Named Insured (owners, officer, partners, employees, of counsels and past attorneys)
• Broad Definition of Personal Injury
• Full Prior Acts Coverage for Qualifying Firms
• Career Coverage available for Qualifying Firms
• Innocent Insured provision
• Limit Options up to $5,000,000
• Aggregate Deductible Available
• First Dollar Defense Available to Qualifying Firms
• Defense Costs in Addition to the Policy Limits to Qualifying Firms
• Written Consent to Settle any Claim
